the first picture you posted I wasn't crazy about it, but after seeing it from more angles, I actually really like this. also actually looks great with that tire and stock wheel setup.

also, as far as light bars go, could look really cool to have a medium sized bar in the middle, and maybe a pair of smaller yellow lights at the sides. At least I like the idea of having some yellow for fog and snow and to help accent terrain variations.
I am leaning toward a 3 light system. One longer one in the middle and two smaller on either side. It will fit one 42" light, so a 20 in the middle and maybe two square ones on the sides.
I don't want to rely on the winch to spool out the rope. I would rather it free spool.

This is the very thing I was considering when I really wanted to make this bumper work and access the winch. My conclusion was that for aesthetics sake, you’d be better off to use all smaller cube lights if mounting is possible since it’ll match the radius better. I wasn’t able to find any smaller (<=20”) curved bars. I even hit up add asking if the bumper would support mounting for multiple cubes and they wouldn’t tell me. Otherwise I might have ended up with this bumper.

The way the bumper is made to mount lights, you could mount a 2" cube light next to each other the entire length. There are slots to mount lights all the way across the opening. Each is maybe 2" apart. I would measure it but I took my company car home today and the truck is at the office. I will get a pic with a tape measure showing the number of slots and spacing tomorrow.
EDIT: These pics show the slots to mount lights. They run the entire length of the opening as I tried

to show in the above pic. The purple circle is the clutch.

I am 100% certain you can use every slot to mount a light.

How have you been liking the bumper? Did you notice any droop in the front with the extra weight of the winch + heavy duty bumper?

Coming soon. Prototype should be done in a week and a half, then mounting and some testing. Winch capable, wire management tabs/light mounting points included, modular 3 piece design, retains parking sensors and tow hooks, relocated ACC, gussets for strength. And that's just the stage 1.

Love the bumper. Many people have complemented on how good it looks. Zero droop. If you take the weight of the original bumper/stuff and the weight of the new bumper it might only be 100 lbs more but likely less? I could pick up the new bumper by myself and move it. It was not light but I was able to lift it and move it Could not have if the winch and winch mount were on. The winch and mount do add more weight but I have not noticed any droop.

Compatible with a warn zeon 10s? If so I'm super interested!

That is in fact the winch we modeled it with (and likely the one I'll run), so if all goes as planned then yes. Most warn (and winches in general) have the same bolt mounting pattern it's just a space issue but these trucks have a fair bit of space there once you relocate the ACC.

Thanks! Looking forward to seeing it soon and hopefully buying one asap!

Mounted the side fog lights today reused the factory fog light harness so no wires to run. Cut off the old plugs, checked polarity, then wired them in.

I didn't change the whole bumper, but I installed the 589 fab hidden winch mount in the factory bumper.

if you're just simply looking to install a winch I think this is a great option.

if you're looking for a style change as well, then this is not an option.

Which winch are you running? Trying to figure out what will fit in the hidden mount.

its a slightly older Smittybilt xrc, 9500 lb. There's actually a surprising amount of room in there.
