Brought home over 900 lbs of cinder block caps from Home Depot. The Ranger and the Loadhandler caused quite a commotion. They thought the load was too heavy and had never heard of the Loadhandler. I gave them a quick demo and they were amazed.

I've always loved the simplicity and sheer genius of LoadHandlers. I have the poor man's version, a tarp with a rope tied to both front corners, mine's more like a load-rolls-out-and-falls-to-the-ground thingie! And only good for light loads.

I've never seen one on a Ranger and I bet yours looks great!

Just got back from a trip up to Bedford, Pa to visit the Flight 93 Memorial. 80 degrees on Sat when we arrived, was 42 this morning when we left...
Anyway, pics are the camp site and then 3 from the memorial. The pic with the distance view is of the crash site, it's the green area just to the top of the small white walk bridge in the distance. Then there's the Tower of Voices which yesterday, being very windy, were singing loud enough that you could here the chimes from 1/4 mile away....
We've been to the Twin Towers and Pentagon Memorials, and this was a must see for us...

Hi Folks,

Yesterday the Ranger took us to Costco to pick up needed items and items for our pending summer in Flagstaff. We always stop at Olive Garden on the way home and this time we were joined at our booth by a Roadrunner. He brought us various gifts...first was a dragon fly and then the twig here in the pix. He is quite the showbird!

Then after unloading the groceries, we were enjoying time on the patio and feeding Tito and we had another visitor...

lost the left antler so maybe we will have the right one fall off between neighbor's house and our back yard.

Best,
Phil

Not as exciting as a dump run, but a special treat for Soupie, even if it'll only be for 8 hours.

A snooze in the garage and Soupie just fits!

Kate's heading to her office today so I just had to see how the Ranger fit. It's a small garage but, if Kate ever leaves me, well Soupie would have a prime parking position! =D

I also took the opportunity to check air pressure in both our cars and did have to back up a few inches to open the tool drawer with the tire inflator. This Milton one has an easy-to-read gauge (even for an old fart). First time use of the new compressor setup for tire inflation and I felt very manly (even though I was in pajama pants!). =p

This stuff is like rocket fuel for a garden. Now to start planting.
