Looked into Turf and it was about $950. Over 3x the price I paid, and I ain't staying here to benefit from it much longer. My landlord doesn't deserve that nice of a gesture. We would have done that 5 years ago, but didnt have the doggo and we were trying to move out then too.

Between the stupid housing market here and COVID, we are stuck here for a short term.

FYI, I have a bit of a green thumb, so there are some moments I enjoy by doing a little landscaping. Day 2 and you already tell it's a bit cooler back there. It'll be 90 for the next 3 days, we'll see how that feels.

$16 ($12 USD) for 1/2” x 4’ x 8’, $19 ($15 USD) for 10’ I haven’t bought any for a few years but I recall it being about $10 or $11 a sheet at that time.

lol - That’s the curb side order label - ain’t nobody got time for picking their own order and there’s no extra cost. They’ll deliver large orders for $55 or small orders for $10 - within 3 hours. Cheaper for my clients than having me do it. Easier on my body. Win-Win.

Today I took the boat out of the water. I was a little hesitant; this was my first time towing with the Ranger. I had been using my wife's MKX for moving the boat twice a year, and the boat certainly exceeds its tow capacity, but it's what I had and it did the job.
The Ranger did great. No trouble pulling up the ramp at all; I don't think I went above 1500 RPM pulling forward. The boat is a 21 foot Striper walkaround; total load of boat plus trailer and all the stuff inside is probably around 5500 pounds give-or-take. No trouble at all. No traction problems either - I was in 2WD the whole time. The ramp was pretty clean today, so that's a good thing. I'm happy.
