Took my Grandson, and ‘Ol Butterscotch, fishing. Caught about 50 little bitty ones (threw them back) and 1 big one. Gave the big one away because the bucket I took had a crack in it & I didn’t want stinky fish water all in the bed of my Ranger. Main thing is my Grandson had a great time!:sun:

Moving day for my youngest daughter. (Not mom's sentiments of course :crying:)

So I put the truck to work. Also ended up making a Costco run to pickup furniture for her so got our moneys worth out of the trailer.
One less car in the drive and more room for the Ranger now. ;)

We finally got to test out the Ford brake controller I put in last June. And first tow. Materials for the wife to create raised garden beds.

Removed rear crash bars to install the bds ones and broke tabs on the way. Using a sawsawll was really fun but pretty paintful on my wrist since ive had surgery on them a lil over a yr ago.

Removed the front ones yesterday by just removing the front bumper, i hate tabs/clips.

Raptor took me to work colleagues summer cottage for some lumber work & relax. Cut down few 32 meter (105 feet) trees next to the cottage and the five of us there then proceeded to clear out debris and undergrowth so that a timber harvester can easily cut&collect the rest of the trees in coming winter. Not a big area tho, an acre or two but brush cutting, collecting, chipping and burning took like 5 hours.

First tree cut for someone else than myself, relatives or in training. :) I was like circling the tree 15 times before cutting in order to ensure that it's not going to land on any of the buildings, cars or flower beds.

Total of two evenings of refreshments, barbecue, sauna, ect.

Hi Folks,

Today is a day of rest for the Ranger. Yesterday it was busy chasing to the hardware store as I am replacing all the faucets in the RV with good quality parts vs the old cheap junk...trying to adapt stick built house faucets in the coach is problematic but I got it done including one extremely tiny but pesky leak. Ranger made 4 trips as plan A went to plan B to plan C and finally to plan D .

Best,
Phil

That’s the cleanest fishing truck I’ve ever seen. :like: Looks like a great day outside.

There will soon be a post from Dave saying he drove to Alabama to do a quick 303 Graphene treatment to Tracy’s Ranger. Man, that truck is absolutely gleaming!

I think it adds to an already great reputation. Now, if we could just work on that other issue……?

And ……
