That looks great and Gary seems pretty happy back there.Added a hard bottom rear seat cover to Scrappy. Gary loves it. I took him and his sister for a ride and it worked very well. Gives them a much larger area to get comfortable on long trips. Time will tell how long it lasts.

I took my 13 year-old Golden on a final road trip to my cottage on PEI in my 2001 Ranger - he loved it there when I lived down east. It’s a long drive from Toronto to PEI and I wanted him to be comfortable and to be able lay down so, I stripped out the rear jump seats, removed the passenger seat, built a platform to cover the entire open area to make it flat and level, padded it and covered it with moving quilt material.
He sat up looking out the front window the entire 20 hour trip. Once in a while, he’d look over at me with that goofy Golden Retriever smile, then turn back to look out the front window. It’s like he knew where we were going.
