I’m curious if either of you did your install by jacking up only one side at a time. I’ve read that it puts enough strain on the anti-sway bar for this kind of thing to happen.

Or, were both sides in the air on jack stands at the same time and it still happened?

Just trying to help out the next home installer. ?
I only had one side at a time jacked up with a floor jack/stands. I had the sway bar bushing brackets loosened on the side that broke. For the passenger side I just disconnected the end link before I started and had no issues.

Did you break it or just pop it out of socket?

I did the same thing and took the bar off and used a rubber mallet to pop it back in. Granted I still have less than 11,000 miles on my 19'
Popped out but I really tried to put it back in and thought it was toast... I'll try again.

Depending on how many miles are on them they may be much more worn than mine.

But I did have to hit it pretty hard with a rubber mallet and you have to find a way to keep the bar stationary if its off the truck and have no large bench vice.

I saw a pic on here of one that popped - it looked like a ball and socket. If you do this while it’s on the truck, a C-clamp or large channel lock pliers might make it easier to pop it back in.

Chipped the windshield!:mad: I went almost 3 years without getting one and 2 weeks after putting on the deflector I get a stone chip. Safelite is fixing it tomorrow, good thing I have free glass repair/replacement with a $0 deductible. I had to put a piece of cardboard over it because of the reflection. lol

Mine just arrived today. Back fit fine but the fronts are a little too long for the Husky X Act Contour

FYI. I contacted the seller. Great customer service. Apparently the badges on the Husky front mats for our Rangers are smaller than other Husky mats. He is going to remake the front badges for me. Including an envelope to return the others.

Dropped it off at 4whlParts this morning, then rode my CX bike 11 miles home. Did yall know summer was here already! Damn hot out there. Once I get THE CALL later, I'll saddle up and ride back to the shop.
That’s one way to decrease your gas bill

Its blow off valve lingo BOV (unless you have a bigger turbo, you don’t need a Blow off valve)

GFB -Go fast Bits
DV-diverter valve
TS - Turbo Smart
BOV - blow off valve
DOC....the BOV is strictly for hissssing at morons on the road......

Matter-of-fact when I'm driving my Kona is pains me I cannot hiss.....lol.
