Took it to the paintless dent guy to fix the door that's been bugging me for a few months.
I thought someone opened their door into it but the dent guy was pretty sure it was a shopping cart.

Added the built right driver side bed rack and swapped my grille out.
When I got my bumper I used the Cali Raised LEDs ACC relocation bracket. It worked until I added my light bar which blocked the sensor. So I decided to fab up a spacer to raise the sensor higher. It worked but the ford emblem area of my stock grille was partially in front of the sensor, which was just enough to cause it not to work. Works great with my new grille, and spent less that $35 on the bracket and parts

I posted these in the "what came in the mail" thread a couple of days ago. I just completed the swapping from blue/chrome ovals to the new black/smoke ovals.
Should have been my very first mod. Definitely compliments the rest of the "Blackout package".
Don't know why Ford didn't do it as part of the package.
Staying true to the blue I guess.

I glad Ford came to their senses by 2021 and included them with the BAP.

I do believe the 22's have the smoked out ovals as part of the blackout package now. Saw a 22 blackout at dealer when I place my order mid January, and it had the smoked out ovals installed. I didn't see any "dealer options" added to sticker so assumed this was part of the blackout package. I even asked dealer if I could later buy the ovals for my Ranger (non blackout, but iconic silver) since they match really well? That's when I found out they were available. FYI

Steering wheel is by a company in Aus called CT Autoparts. But before you get excited, I’m 90% sure it won’t fit USA spec trucks.

I looked at a couple from over there and they said “Fits USA models only”. I thought that was weird, until I did the install.

Nothing is the same in removing wheel. Uses a different method, with no holes in the side of wheel to insert screwdriver. I had to take the column shrouds off, bend an old screwdriver and use it to access from behind the wheel itself, to get the airbag off. Took me ages to figure out how, even with the new wheel on my lap for reference. Only that I remembered seeing an old, poorly made YouTube video, that I tried that as a last resort.

Someone may have a pic of a US spec wheel, so here’s an Aus spec one, with all wiring, airbag module, etc removed. Had to access though the holes I’m pointing to.

Ah, well that is a bummer. Looks like a huge PITA dealing with your setup. I found a wheel from Cali but $1600 for steering wheel just feels wrong somehow, especially when I could do an intercooler or something for less.
And Your dash job looks great, I was trying with the forged carbon which has a pretty durable finish, I would probably have destroyed the vinyl trying gloss black. I have a lot of laying around though from doing the exterior badges, I may have another crack at it if I feel like wasting some time.

Painted my fender badges. I used plastidip and regular red spray paint. It was surprisingly easy to remove the badge but be sure to use a plastic pry tool. It comes apart with some persuasive dremeling so you can mask around the ranger lettering and paint to your liking and then put it back together for that clean look.

Looks like you’re ready for some fun - a crap ton of fun! Enjoy!
