Do not reply something I did, but I noticed this today on my windscreen, anyone else have this??? History, bought new in December, 134km on when I bought, so maybe a few test drives at factory, jockeying, etc.... maybe someone had a sticker on their shades and left me an Easter egg??? I can peel it off from inside, just like I did with the Michigan union sticker thing on the passenger side .... since it’s readable from the inside and not outside I assume it’s someone giving me the piss??

Yesterday.....
Had 20,000 mile service. (Actually 22K)
Oil change.
Cabin air filter and new wiper blades.
Tire rotate and balance.
Alignment.
Asked to have my wheel locks removed and replaced with stock lugnuts. (I hated the look of them). My superstar service manager Justin Reed at Peoria Ford gave them to me for free. He also had my truck detailed and Zektek (?) Paint sealant applied. Also for free. Truck looks very nice.

If you're here in the Phoenix area, I highly recommend Justin and Peoria Ford.

Just finished installing my Gibson 619717 exhaust from Wunder Car Parts. Can't believe I got this for 307 shipped with no tax. The only odd thing was that the inlet was labeled incorrectly on the muffler so you have to install it the other way round, probably the reason these have went on sale over the past week. It's super mellow and sounds great when you get on it. No drone and sounds basically stock on the interstate with the cruise on. Which is good for us as this is our road trip vehicle. Super happy with the exhaust especially for the price.

Gave it a good bath after a trip to Table Rock, near Morganton, NC.

How well does the sound deadening work for you?

Well it did make a significant difference in the level of sound/wind noise at freeway speeds. It also changed the level of force needed to shut the doors as the foam pads do block the vents to some degree. Not enough to feel the pressure when inside and closing the doors, but enough that if not enough force is used the door will not shut completely and have to open and close it with more force.

A side note however on using the foam mat. On the passenger side at the bottom probably needs to be notched around the scissor jack mount, and best to leave a 2" gap above it as well. With it all the way to the bottom like I did it creates a challenge to get the jack pushed back far enough for the retainer screw to line up with the hole in the bracket.

Truxedo tonneau arrived today. Still have to figure out where all the foam blocks go. No issues with the factory bedliner.
