Companies need to quit 4 dooring every damn thing! Not everyone wants a damn 4 door...
From what I've seen 4 door bronco's are about two thirds of the bronco sales. I think the two door looks great and it's $4K cheaper than a four door, which would add some nice options BUT I don't want to live with a two door as my only vehicle. I checked out a two door an once you were in the back seat it was OK but man it sucked flipping that seat up an crawling back there. Imagine trying to crawl back there with a baby every time you went somewhere an buckling that car seat. The reason I traded the ranger in on a bronco was the back seat. I don't haul a family any longer an still ran into problems with the rear seat of the supercab.

My guess is a large percentage of bronco buyers are also buying their primary family car so a four door is almost mandatory. A two door only would probably kill sales.

I don't want to see a four door mustang though. It can be overdone but for anything that passes as the family car you need the choice of 4 doors.

Where in Alabama are you? Our saleslady ordered the Heritage today, she said it should only take 10-12 weeks. We had originally ordered one in 2021, but they told us it would be a 2 year wait and we politely said, eff that!
I'm in Talladega county , almost dead center of Bama ,lol. I see you're in Huntsville. I did buy the wifes last car in Huntsville .

You haven't seen any of the new Bronco's yet? Even the stock base ones looks good to me, but they have to be 2 door. Companies need to quit 4 dooring every damn thing! Not everyone wants a damn 4 door...
I still feel the Dodge Charger 4 dorr was wrongly named
A charger? come on man

Well, some of us few people, in this world don't want or can't have children and my wife and I are the only people ever in our vehicles, I don't even want to be in a vehicle with my brother or his wife for longer than 5 minutes.

And my wife and I are not the kind of people to have a shitload of random idiot friends that we all carpool around in our vehicles!

The only thing we have are our dogs and we can only take one at a time in the Ranger, just due to their sizes. We were hoping all 3 would fit in the backseat of the Ranger, that's the only reason we got a 4 door truck to begin with.

But to me, the original Bronco, not the "OJ" full-size Bronco or the Bronco II, but the early ones were all somewhat small and 2 door and if this new Bronco is supposed to be a reflection of that one, especially the "Heritage Edition", they should be 2 door only. My wife wanted to see what the 4 door Bronco looked like before we left the dealership the other day. She saw an Outer Banks one out front, by the road and said, you're right, this thing looks like shit! She said, it look longer than my Ranger!

Same way with the Wranglers, they should all be 2 door only, that would eliminate a ton of people/mall crawlers, that don't need to be behind the wheel of them anyway.

At least from the majority of our local new Bronco group/club, they're mostly 2 doors and people our age 40's/50's and they're actually taking them offroading!

However, I do agree a 4 door Mustang and an electric one at that was just pointless. I've seen a few around town, but not many, so maybe it'll phase out here soon...?

It's just weird to me, because when I was a teenager, a 2 door vehicle is what everyone wanted. 4 doors were for old people, like our parents. But now, there are kids getting hired at my job and bitching about 2 doors and saying they want a 4 door... I never thought I would've ever heard any young man say that, but there's a lot of things I've heard in the last 20 years, that I never thought a young man starting a career here would say, such as, I've never used any tools or I have no idea how to change a flat tire on the side of the road or I'm 25, my parents take my Toyota Camry to get the oil changed in it, while I sit on my ass, in their house, playing Call of Duty....

Sorry guys/gals, I'm just becoming a bitter old fart, that wants 2 door everything! Except a motorcycle :)

Just letting the ones of yall that remember my outrageous SEMA build, that my wife and I will be leaving the Ranger life soon, as well as the Wrangler life!

We test drove a 2 door Bronco Badlands yesterday and we both loved it!

We ordered the wife a Yellow 2 Door Heritage Limited!

And we'll be ordering my Azure Grey Sasquatch Badlands 2 door in a couple of months!

I'll still be around, but most likely on the Bronco forum :) I still have all that SEMA stuff for my Ranger I need to get rid of!
Good for you. Life is short, get what you want.

I live alone an need 4 doors! GF's come an go but once some of my grandkids got to be ten they didn't want to ride in the back of the ranger!!

I'd say I'm solo 75-80% of the time right now in the bronco but the other times it's worth it having the extra space. Even hauling stuff home from the store is better. When my oldest was born I had a Camaro an after about 8 months of crawling in the back we moved on to a 4 door.

getting mustang number 6 is probably the only way I'll go back to a two door, an then it won't be my only car.

The free market is beautiful thing, we can all find something we like

Loved your SEMA build and the build you have now. I saw a 2-door Bronco this morning and remarked to myself how great it looked.

Enjoy the new ride.
Did it look as good as this 2 door Bronco ? I had to laugh at all those claims Ford was making in the ad, I had a friend who owned a Ford Bronco II Eddie Bauer, two tone white and pale blue, he ended up rolling it and it was totaled.

I saw in autoweek that Yota is bringing back the Land Cruiser, never owned a Toyota but the Land Cruiser is of interest.

Those were definitely cool but the one I saw looked WAY better. An updated FJ40 would be interesting, for sure.
