I have not got mine to drip either- I don’t know what the factor is between our trucks, I think it relates to how the metal part of the cowl is installed, how fast can it dump the water to the sides vs pooling up and dumping off at the point of least resistance, the plastic body fastener and split point of the plastic cowling.
There is a variance in this area, specifically what IDK (?)

Yeah, I haven't seen evidence of water intrusion, but I really need to go out in a rainstorm and check it out. I usually park slightly downhill. Maybe I'll check it next time I hit the do-it-yourself car wash. I could hit the windshield area really hard.

Slightly downhill was when mine would start , level would run back where it should instead of drip , but nose down and it would start to pour in there pretty good , i actually pushed on the metal cowl and bent it upwards a good bit to help with the angle , also the plastic cowling should have more slots cut out to divert some of that water before it gets a chance to pool , i screwed mine up trying to cut it and had to buy a new one ...

Watching this thread with interest and concern, so we had two days of heavy/moderate rainfall so it was a perfect chance to check for any leaks into the engine bay, i placed apiece of cardboard and some shop towels at the back most part near the firewall left it there overnight the next day there was a break in the rainfall so i then checked and the towels and cardboard were dry. The second pic shows mold on the soft material lining.

The foam/plastic sandwiched seam was wet but not dripping at all as i had the cardboard far enough underneath to catch any drips, so it seems the foam is absorbing what leaks to it, not sure if that's the way it's suppose to be, here's some pics & vid showing i tried to squeeze out the water.
