The past 2 weeks my ranger (2019 with 78K on it) has been down shifting very hard to the point where it felt like it locked up the rear tires. I took it in today for have that looked at and the backup camera replaced.
I got the backup camera replaced under warranty.
As far as the shifting they said it didn't have any issues. and it was shifting normal I pick it up from the dealer, I drove 20 miles and it down shifted and had that feeling of locking up the rear tires. Now that happned now I have major driveline clunk.
What do I do now? I feel like I have fallen on deaf ears at the dealership.
