Noise Test: At first engine start - COLD

Note the noise never bothered me and I only could really hear it - when in the garage at start-up.
I only installed this out of curiosity on what it would do - for sound reduction and the added protection of the water in the wells issue, note I have not had any issues with that, but my truck is also parked in the garage - but it sees parking outside at work and a level parking lot.

But just a noted SOUND REDUCTION for those that the noise is a bothersome issue:
It reduces the noise approximately - 80%

Hardware Clarity:

If you actually want to add the hardware:

I installed the hardware with mine, but it is not truly needed, as the cover fits TIGHTLY, however it may help in getting the cover properly placed (Aligned)

Ref: The pic below

The Left (Stud) OE may be a bolt or stud - mine was a stud, and I only needed the (Short - Special Stud) Cone.
If you have a bolt - like in the pic, then you need the (Stud) to replace the bolt, and then install the (Short-Special Stud) on top of it.

The Right - (Special Stud) Cone - is a 1-piece design, this is not installed (OE) and must be added.

Left Side:
Stud: PN: W72133S450B (Only Required) if you have a bolt installed OE) to swap bolt with the stud
Special Stud: (Short Cone) PN: MB3Z6A957A (Required)

Right Side:
Special Stud: (Long Cone) PN: MB3Z6A957B (Required)

Looks good. Did you notice a reduction in the pump noise?

What is the Ford Performance device in front of the engine?
Mine: Reduced Approx: 80%
The device on the front of the engine is Ford's version of the Catch Can, the aftermarket version installs at a different location (and different tap in) for the PVC system. (Before & After)

The AC line is definitely in the way for any pump cover. How much did you move it?
You have to force (compress) the cover some to get it started over the pump.
Once installed - the line was compressing the cover some.

Under the Coolant Reservoir - you will see the AC Lines and a plastic bracket with a 10 mm bolt.
This is the same bracket (mentioned) with the Fitzstick install.
Just loosen the bolt and reposition the AC line and then tighten the bolt back up, this took most of the clearance issues away, but still slightly touching the cover.

I then gently pushed the (small) ac tube upwards just a bit to get the 1/16 in clearance and it stayed in place.

"Belt and suspenders" has multiple meanings:

Fashion
A traditional fashion mistake to wear both a belt and suspenders because they both serve the same purpose of holding up pants. However, some people wear them together for a unique look.

Finance
A colloquial phrase that describes conservative lending practices. It's based on the idea that wearing a belt and suspenders gives the wearer two redundant ways to hold up their pants.

Business
A phrase used in business negotiations to describe a situation where two protective strategies are used to minimize risk.

General
A phrase that means using multiple methods or procedures to achieve a desired result, especially out of caution or fear of failure. For example, "I wrote to them and phoned as well—belt and braces, I admit."

Yes.....the "general" meaning. Better safe than sorry.
Or it is what old F---ers do.
