As I get my 2020 Ford Ranger XLT FX4 ready for Spring exploring and adventuring I am thinking about Auxiliary lighting. There are so many different lighting systems available and I would sure like to hear from everyone on that, too. But; being a BIG detail person, what about the switches? I have a F550 Super Duty and there are aux switches supplied on the dash, but nothing on the dash of the Ranger. I would like to have a clean appearance panel. But what has been already done by you ladies and guys? I see there is Lightforce and Switch Pros lighting panels out there. But what has actually been used. Plus Pictures. Please help!

Lightforce Fascia panel.

I have my Redarc control knob, driving lights, and (currently) a lightbar switch installed.
Getting rid of the light bar and adding two momentary switches to control my garage doors eventually.

I like my LightForce panel. Looks like it should be there and Red Arc TBC knob fits in there nicely.

The Tremor package will have a switch bank from the factory. Not sure if Ford plans to sell it as an accessory but I hope so.

How big of a pain is it to wire into the lightforce?
It's pretty basic wiring to me but I'm sure it could seem intimidating if you don't have any experience wiring relays. I just cut the switch off the harness that came with my light bar and hooked them to the Light Force switch. Then used an add a circuit to add the button illumination power source.

The Redarc knob is just an RJ45 cable. Literally the same cable you plug into your PC for internet

@cfhgarza is it easy to access the back of it?
If you do a search on Lightforce Fascia on this forum, you'll find several accounts of install and/or wiring that may help you out. Easy is in the hands of the "beholder" ;)

Pretty minimally invasive installation with no drilling except for the grommet for the wire through the firewall

Do you ever hit that switch panel with your knee? I like the no drill option but it seems prone to being in the way.

I haven't. I have about 2-3" of clearance from my knee, but I'm 5'10" so YMMV depending on your legs and seating position

Stedi AUS. Snaps into place in seconds, completely non-permanent, super easy to wire to

Have you got an image of it in your truck? I'm just interested to see what it looks like in the NA model. I was wondering if the buttons are angled for a right hand drive or are straight out?
