And then you add the Taco hanging over the edge, Hell no. I bet the FX4 package's Snow mode was used.
Trust me, I'm no expert off-roader, I was stressed at least early on(snow was in nasty condition). We went over this crazy hill early on, and going back up it seemed impossible, so we had to push on forward. Some of us had driven on this trail before during summer, so we knew what we'd be up against(stretch shown on the video), we were all nervous to say the least. It's crazy beautiful area, but I didn't check out the scenery at all. lol

I did early on, but can't remember if I kept it on. Towards the half I had it on 4-Low & lockers were on. Video looks scary, but Ranger did awfully well. Earlier on really slick snow it nearly drove off the road a couple of times(Tacomas didn't fare any better). The gray Tacoma had well worn tires & it really struggled.

Wrong thread. You should've posted it in the "How Often Do You Use 4L?" thread. ?
I’m headed to the mall later and will use 4L there. They have a few speed bumps. If I get fetched up and can’t get off one, I might have to spend the night.

Bonus - I‘ll get to post pics in the Epic Camp Sites thread. ?

Wouldn't be the first time we go plinking in the woods, but driving became much more interesting. lol

Video link doesn't work, so here's the instagram reel:

Ran Little Moab in Utah with two other rangers off a Facebook group.

Gonna do it again in the next few weeks if any northern Utah based members want to get out.

Seems the ARB skids sit low up front, bottomed out a few times on some higher speed runs thru the trails. Hopefully stiffer shocks fix that lol.

Recent snow camping trip with my daughter Allison and her dog Rex. Her vehicle is a 98 Jeep Cherokee XJ. We stayed busy removing heavy wet snow from the awnings. Diesel heater with a splitter kept both vehicles warm and dry overnight.
