I don't typically think of that for vehicles, but it does make sense. Anything computerized these days has lots of bugs and rebooting (in this case a hard boot) returns it to a known, normalized state which can fix a whole host of weird issues.When in doubt...Reboot. ?
I think someone had a problem with their drivers window not being able to "one touch" and that was their solution. With so many computers onboard they're bound to glitchy now and then.
