Hi Kristina,Just today went through this. Not related to key fob or truck battery in my case. Sensors in door handles need more warm, that’s it.
Asked advice from my mechanics colleagues at work and from Ford about this, no one couldn’t tell me that’s so simple.
I can not speak for the Wildtrack, but here for North American Ranger these sensors must function down to -40°F or C as this temperature is the same on either temperature scale as the scales overlap at this point. You think the World of Ford Development is the cats Meow....Try changing engine parts in -40°....not fun.... Been there, Done that!
