I replaced both. Those I put in the lows, I but dual bulb in the fogs that you can switch from white to yellowThese say fog lights? You replaced just your fogs?
The mention of Vland and attractive price caught my eye in this post. I'd love to have new lights for $400 ... but then I checked out the reviews for Vland lights for the F-150 on Amazon (Ranger lights have no reviews). Thirty percent of reviews are one star. Oof. https://www.amazon.com/VLAND-Headlight-Assembly-Headlamp-Signal/product-reviews/B0852YYTNVI initially just used Auxito LED bulbs in my OEM XLT light assembly's and they worked very well, never was flashed but some on the forum said they may have caused a lot of glare for oncoming traffic so I then tried replacing the whole headlight assembly's with a dedicated LED projector light made by Vland ($400./pair) and they worked as well as the bulbs, but throw out less glare. Here is a night shot on low beams and the high beams.
Mine does too, so well that I accidently sucked up some cat pee after the cat had been shut up in a bedroom. When my wife discovered this it was a time I never want to live over.My vacuum sucks
Interesting. My experience with them has been positive. I’ve had them on coming up on 6 months now and they are still working great. You can see by the pictures that the light output is phenomenal. The cut off is clear and sharp. I can’t tell you yet about longevity, but for $400, I felt it was worth a try. I’m happy with them so far.The mention of Vland and attractive price caught my eye in this post. They ain't seen nothing. Wait till he hits the high beams.Well...if they want a fight, they'll get a fight lol...?
Years ago (before drop in LEDs could make one a selfish prick) I was riding with a friend in his lifted F-150 when a car flashed him. Before he could flash back the car behind the flasher lit up his blue lights and pulled him over. LOLAnyone with drop in leds is a selfish prick. They overdrive reflectors, and create significant scatter above cutoff. You can’t aim that away.
I go out of my way to flash these assholes because of all the “well I never get flashed” posts.
if you want leds pony up for replacement headlights.
They cannot be legally used for on road use - Not DOT Approved, so this statement is required to be included in the description.![]()
That's form Auxitos web site for my Ranger , where does it list LED's for Non-Off road ? These all say "Off Road Use ", I wonder why they wouldn't be ok to use on the highway ??
