They switched FROM aluminum to steel. Personally, I couldn't care less what my fenders are made of. Like someone else said, the weight difference is going to be very negligible in the grand scheme of things.I guess I don't get what the big deal is with switching to the aluminum fenders? You do realize that aluminium corrodes, just in different ways. Once you get a chip, over time it'll start jacking the paint off. There's so much other steel that'll rust that the fenders aren't a big deal. If you're in a corrosive region, look into getting it Fluid Filmed.
