But with Tom Woods driveshaft its one and done. Not changing bushings to try to fix what the part was supposed to fix.

Definitely. That's why I'm leaning that way over this. Just weighing options. And then I see that shiny Knoxville Driveline driveshaft and wonder how much abuse my wallet can take....

I'm 2wd so I had no choice. Still not sure why nobody makes a one piece for the 2wd. When I saw the JXB I figured it was better than nothing. Overall I'm happy with the results, Way better than stock.

I was one of the first installs. And first to reach out to them. Mild vibration on poly bushings for cars is acceptable. Heck probably trucks too. Just request the comfort bushing by Derek and you will be happy. Ill wait for them to send me royalties on that too.

What do you mean? The Tom Woods is for two and 4 wheel drive Rangers.

Im guessing the 2wd is somewhat longer and they may shy away from it, but , they ask for a "flange to flange " measurement anyway so I would measure and ask them...

True. I'm assuming since there is no transfer case it will be longer than 70' but I never checked. The wording is a bit vague.

Got the JXB carrier bearing installed on my stock 2022 Tremor. I purchased their complete setup with bearing and the street bushing. I contacted them ahead of time to get the @Dereku comfort bushing so I had both at install. Also replaced the ujoint with a Spicer and did the slip yoke lube job. Their install video was spot on and had no issues with the disassembly and installation. The exception to the video was that because I have A Tremor the driveshaft at the diff had 8 bolts instead of 4. Did the job at a friend’s shop about 16 miles from home with a drive on lift. Great to have that and an extra set of hands. I did the install with the street bushing. The test drive was the 16 miles home. As soon as I hit around 30 I had a pretty good vibration. Once I hit 45 it was not a nice experience. Drove through it to about 60 and it cleared up but was still noticeable. At about 70 it started to get worse but not as bad as 45. So I opted for the expressway at cruised at about 65.
Got home first off verified my work making sure everything was tight and aligned properly. Then made the decision to swap out the bushings for the comfort ones. Easy to do and only took about 10 minutes. Then took another drive. Experienced vibrations at same speed ranges as before but about 60 - 70% better. Shot off an email to them about my experience and they replied shortly after. They were a little surprised that the comfort bushings didn’t clear it up. They hadn’t had any experience with the Tremor yet and asked if I would grab a complete set of driveline angles for them. Which I did this morning and sent them to them.
So I’m kinda in limbo right now. But here’s my observations
This does definitely clear up all the weird stuff that the stock jello setup does. Noticeably better at accelerating from a stop and coming to a stop.
As it is right now and if there weren’t any options to clean up the vibrations I would go back to the stock setup.
I’ll wait to see what they suggest and go from there.

Mine will have its good days and bad days. Sometimes I don't feel anything, and sometimes it's more noticeable. Not sure if it's outside temperature or what that makes the difference.

When you greased the splines, did you put the clamps in the exact same spot? Its a mistake I made 20 years ago and paid for it. So I mark these things now
