That’s true, same as all other suspension components, but I get lazy and tighten all with impact super close then once lowered usually takes about a 1/4 turn with torque wrench. I do not worry about the lug nuts as I do with the other suspension fasteners.I do everything defiantly.
You should always torque the wheels off the ground. If you don't have someone to hold the brake while you torque, lower it just enough for the ground to keep the tire/wheel from spinning. This is the correct procedure.
