I reused hardware when I put the leveling kit on the wife’s truck. I think the only hardware you’re not supposed to reuse are u-bolts for axles. If you’re lifting the rear end and take them off to install blocks, you should replace them.

Get some L-brackets and anchor them to the floor. That’s what I would do. You could always use L brackets for the bottom and anchor it straight to the floor. Might need to pull back or trim some of the carpet.
