All, my apologies for being slow with the replies and PM's.

I'm no longer welding steel parts due to contaminating my shop.

I can do a few things. Either materials and parts can be sourced yourself with my attached drawing or I can ship and sell an unwelded kit including all formed and lasered parts, welding & install instructions.

Yes, it comes with a receiver tube.

I'd consider making a few of them if there's enough interest. If I can get at least five people wanting one that will make the material and manufacturing costs lower. Just making one will be pretty expensive.

I had a friend fab me an offset hitch from @Heavy Duty plans. It fit great and looked great on its maiden voyage on the White Rim Trail this weekend.

I'm not advocating for either one, I'm doing it for near cost out of my small shop.

Having spent years in a metal fabrication shop (not professionally, but as a friend), I welded up a 16' trailer with double axles to haul my John Deere, made lots of repairs to fifth wheels, and lots of little projects. Like fabricating a two-person platform hanging off the front of a deuce-and-a-half with dual water cannons for fighting brush fires (2,500 gallon water tank on that truck).

The friend who owned the shop was pretty good. He had a 6' brake that could bend 1/4" all day long (ancient WWII era machine) and he taught me to stick weld. I welded up the front two broken leaf springs on my Land Cruiser and those have held for over 30 years!

All that to say that I have no doubt that @Heavy Duty's parts will be far stronger than any commercially made one. Heavier too, but I prefer tough to MPG! Anyway, all of that to say that this is pretty frigging cool! =)
