Any idea what it will take to make one work with all the sensors up front, adaptive cruise and stuff?

I'm hoping for one too. I don't anticipate wanting one permanently mounted, but I have a 9,5ti in a hitch cradle and I would love to be able to mount it up front as well as the back!

I too have a winch in a hitch cradle. Working on a Winch/hitch mount tied to my factory tow-hooks. Will post when finished.

I wanted to build a winch mount for the front of the Ranger that would only be used if I needed to winch or if I needed to haul something using a 2” receiver. Otherwise, the winch will be stored in a metal box In the truck bed under my Diamondback cover.

I finished fabricating up the mount. It will be used to attach my 8K Warn winch via a 2” receiver/cradle. The winch has synthetic line and an aluminum fairlead, and only weighs about 65lbs including cradle.

specs: The front hitch mount consists of a 36.25” X 4” X 1/2” steel plate. The plate mounts (Sandwiched) to the front tow hooks. Two 3” X 5/8” Grade 8 bolts and two top plates sandwich the 36” plate onto the tow hooks. A 2” receiver Is then mounted to the center of the 36” plate via 4-1/2” tapped holes and 4 1/2” bolts. I also installed two Poisen Spider D-Ring mounts to the bottom of the 36” plate...for relocated recovery points. I installed wiring for the winch.

Pros: cheaper than a new bumper and makes it portable; I can also use the portable winch on the rear receiver hitch, my Superduty FWC truck, my 76 Bronco, or my 18’ car hauler.

Cons: loose a little clearance up front; however, in departure angle situations I can use the front D-Ring mounts as underneath bumpers to scrape along large rocks. I also installed Shrockworks skid plates to help with bashing.

It looks a bit light for serious winching, but those are great for getting trailers into tight spots.

1/2” plate is a bit light? Take a look at your Ranger’s frame rails and tow hook mounts to understand what light means!

Hi, would you have plans to share? The only front hitch receiver system I found is 700eur + installation so love your system since I will only need it on very occasional basis

Only Place I could find one is SnowSport.
Right, I think you can order just the front hitch from Agri-cover, part #40139. I am pretty sure the hitches are made by one of the bigger hitch manufacturers, can't remember which one.

As a side note, I have used the snowsport plow and it works surprisingly well.
