I contact them every time they update the ios app and fail to fix the things I already reported. I’m sure they are tired of hearing from me. All the escalations have gotten me until now was ‘we know its broken and are working on it’.

FWIW I believe most people's problems stem from lack of service either at the device you're accessing the app from or the truck.

I've never once had a problem with the app. Works as advertised for me.

I got the extended warranty two months ago. For a week the warranty info showed up in the app, it was slick to see the details on loaner and mileage coverage. After a week it crashes or gives this message every time I try to view the warranty info.

That’s the issue I reported and inquired about multiple times. They are ‘working’ on it…….

It got broken about 4 updates back (on ios).
