Someone just posted on another thread...looks like the 22s come with 10mm bolts now. I guess you are ahead of your time ;) Thanks for posting the pics :like:
Thanks, but I still like the thumbscrews better, no hunting for a 10mm socket :)

i'm worried what the foreplay is; airing up the tires? topping off the washer fluid??
Silly...it's greasing up the in and out rod on the damper....just grease up your hand and just hold on to the rod as it goes in and out...
If you think changing your own oil is close to being as good as SEX, you are doing it wrong.... and not talking about changing the oil! :)
LOl. Sorry to distract from the OP, but yeah, a pathetic soul I am.
The wifey's workload, the kids, thirty plus years of marraige, etc,etc......I could go on and on.......
At least the Ranger doesn't talk back to me

You still have kids in the house after 30 years!! I kicked mine out a long time ago. My wife and I don't work, no kids at home, so plenty of time to 'play'.

Please indicate what length thumb screws
Ah... the rivet nuts are 11mm long, so the 12 MM would be perfect and not stick out the back. But there is plenty of space behind the fender well so the 18mm will work as long as you don't get JB weld in the end of the nut (stick a small plug in it, then the screw will push it out)

I use zip ties for the oil filter flap. Super easy.

That works, but carry extras in case you need to have the oil changed on the road :), The zip ties are a nice contrast to the high end Icon suspension

Has anyone been able to successfully add your own oil change?

I've tried to add this multiple times and I always get "Oops! Something went wrong adding your entry. Please refresh and try again later."

I have. It has been a while, but I've added two oil changes successfully - they both show "Owner Entry" - the other one was the warranty work to replace my mirror light that leaked:
