Eibach Pro Truck Kit + Blocks?

Looking for a budget minded suspension upgrade as light trail duty is all I see in the future for some time. I know a member on here prototyped them for Eibach, but has anyone else purchased the kit? How do you like it?

I believe it is a 3" front and 1" rear level correct?

To my understanding the members on here that havr gone with Eibach have been satisfied with them. In my honest opinion if you are looking to lift then I would suggest the Old Man EMU over the Eiback leveling kit and rear blocks. Why you ask? Simple, the kit provides a nice practical lift(2.4 front amd 1.6 rear) that does more than just lift. With replacent leafs in the rear you gain a little bit of articulation in the rear that helps with OffRoad even on the easiest trails. You can also tow just fine with it too. I should add that upper control arms are not required for the kit but can be added if you feel like it.

Just some food for thought.

I second this. While I absolutely love the improved ride capability of the Eibach kit, with what I know now, I wish I had the OME kit! Our rear leaf packs are WEAK!!!! As I mentioned before, at the least I would skip the block and do the helper spring thing! :D

Yea I am going to start with Eibach kit + the leaf helpers. After a year or so I'd look at selling them and moving them up.
I'm going to make the guess that you have just a spacer lift/level right now correct? If sonit not just keep with that for now and save you money and then get the OME kit?

I’m looking to get my front a little help and go ahead and install the Eibach adjustable struts to match the rear. That’s it for me after that....I’m waiting to order my 2023 2.7 EB Lariat. This time I’m going to have the dealer install suspension, tires, and maybe a tune before delivery. Finance that stuff in with the truck and START MY MODS FROM THERE.... :clap:
Really looking forward to that!
Until then I’m having a blast with this Ranger....

I looked into the OME but it's probably overkill for your needs imo and the Eibach value based on its cost is hard to beat! Unless you plan on frequent towing or constant payload I'm not worried about the stock leaf. I'd rather avoid a harsher riding leaf pack unless it's really necessary.

I have been watching to see OME's bp-51 kit when it releases though, should be an interesting option.

I have the eibach shocks just on the front, with factory springs, and it's extremely capable. It adds a bit of suspension travel as well. I really don't anticipate needing to upgrade the front, ever. I'm not trying to build a rock crawling truck, but I've seen a lot of really tough trails. I have a hidden winch too, and the extra 70 lbs or so doesn't seem to affect it.

As for the rear, I have the BDS extended shackles, and I would seriously recommend this for anyone who isn't looking to add a bunch of weight to the back of their truck. it adds flex, and helps keeps your truck off the bump stops, which is a lot of what makes the ride harsh from the factory.
If you're adding a lot of weight, like a canopy and RTT and a bunch of stuff like that, then you might want to go to the OME rear springs, or a helper spring setup, but if you're not planning to add more than a few hundred pounds of gear, BDS shackles are, IMO, the best option.

Do understand the the standard springs from OME keep the same load capacity as stock and provide 1.6 inches of lift. I know because I have them. Also when you look at my truck you can tell it isn't a rock crawler especially with the wheel base. It simply allows you to get to more spots for camping in remote locations or going on some of the tougher trails.

I havnt been able to find an answer for this.. Did you install aftermarket UCA’s? I have the full pro kit in my garage and don’t want to install it without UCA’s unless I know it will work with the factory ones. Thanks.

Assuming that you are only going to level the truck(no blocks shackles or leaf replacement) then you will want to consider it for the fact it will help you stay in alignment specifications. If you do lift it then you may be able to get away without replacing upper control arms. With the Old Man EMU lift (2.4 inches front and 1.6 inches rear) I did not have to replace the upper control arms
