These front shock come with the ability to set them from 0-3" of lift. While I don't desire to level, I thought maybe I would go with 0.7 or 1.5". But does this add undesired preload to the stock coils?

No it does not add any preload, or change at all, to the coils.

So very much better. I put their shocks on the rear too. Like others have said on various threads, different truck for the better.
Yeah, I already did the rears. That alone was a huge improvement.

Are your rears at stock height?
The rear of my truck is stock, except that raising the front lowered the rear bumper slightly. Someone here figured the results trigonometricallymagicallymonocrobialetc somehow. I just compared the results with where my previous truck (ram 1500) contacted the wall of my garage and was satisfied.

Finally got my Eibach's put on the front. So much better of a ride now. Before and after measurements from the ground to the fenders show a lift of right about 1.4". They were set to 1.5" so can't complain. The rear height stayed the same, no surprise, and the difference from front to rear is right about 1".
I have long legs and it feels more comfortable using the nerf bar to get in. Before it just felt weird, like I almost didn't need it.
Overall I am very satisfied with Eibach's all around.

Thanks! Yes, I don't know if I would lift the front any more. Feels right, so far at least.
