I’d swap it out before it fails. Better to be proactive considering how many issues this stupid design causes when the hose fails, and how easy and inexpensive the fix is. I used a 90 degree silicone hose from HPS.

3/8 Silicone Hose
I dunno, it still feels solid. I don't want to risk a cagey non-OEM repair if the original is still doing well. Maybe I will at least gather all the crap it when needed.

update - the tech is going to test drive it tomorrow but believes he has fixed it, the fan clutch wire was rubbing on a bolt and causing it to arc, causing to the fan to have a power surge . I guess it makes sense since it only happened when the motor was warm . But we’ll see tomorrow. There’s a rubber bracket that broke off causing the wire to rub on a bolt
To be specific on this, since this is out of the normal, we have seen so far and that is the (Power Circuit) shorts on the pully bolt, thus shorting the circuit and sometimes blowing the fuse.
The main noted (fail) is the Limp Mode due to the Variable Oil Pump that is on the circuit, you still have oil pressure, but the PCM cannot adjust and control the pressure.

In your case it appears the (5-Volt) VREF circuit that was shorting:

This is a shared circuit:
VREF - Crankshaft Position Sensor, Exhaust Press Sensor and Cooling Fan Motor.
The Signal Return (VREF) has Camshaft Pos Sens 1 & 2, Cooling Fan Motor

So, the VREF circuit shorting to the pully bolt would explain the Misfires due to the Crank and Cam sensors being on that circuit and then also tie in the inability to properly control/read the fan speed from the Signal Wire (FSS) Fan Speed Sense

I think this is going to be a positive fix for you, now it's just the matter of what will the dealer do to repair the hose/tube, that is the root source for this.
As of now there is not a separate part number for the hose/tube assembly and the only way to get it from Ford is to replace the Fan Clutch assembly.
Of course, you have the option to just replace the hose /tube as outlined in the other thread.

Confirmed fix . It was indeed the wire , I have my truck back now and I am so relieved .
it was the fan wire that was hanging loose and grounding out on the crankshaft bolts. I will get a 90degree 3/8 fuel hose and make sure when I attach it , to make it have some play as you don’t want the wire to tug and crest tension . Also note before we found the source of the problem , I did replace the egr sensor and coil packs and spark plugs. On any bucking or surging , it’s best to start looking at these 3 things . EGR SENSOR, Spark plugs , fan wire grounding out due to ten rubber bracket breaking off.
