no cel

I’ve researched all over online , went to the dealer twice and I will be taking it back after the new year , but if anyone can lead me into some fixes that would be great .. 80k miles ,bucking and violent jolting but very noticeable under load or going up hill. But I only feel it AFTER 10-15...
