Bucking and snapping noise from exhaust?

I just happened to notice something weird and not sure it's a problem, but I had the passenger windows down yesterday and when I get on the throttle fairly heavy but not full, I get a couple of light bucks and sort of "snap, snap" noise from I think the tail pipe. Doesn't seem to do it with full or almost full throttle. I have no CEL's. I tried to capture it in the video. There are 2 snaps you can faintly hear.

I heard the same noises on mine. Was driving next to a building. I thought too much boost but don’t really know.
