I did my diffs and transfer case fluids at 20k and all three were grey with metal dust. All three magnets had so much on them they weren't collecting any more metal. yikes.Definitely do the differentials and transfer case fluids. I’m at 78k and about to do them again. When I changed the rear differential and transfer case at around 40k I couldn’t believe how dirty they were. The front looked pretty good. I’m thinking about doing the tranny but so far it’s been flawless so I’m a bit nervous lol. Plugs are getting changed in the next month or so.
You have nothing to worry about...mine was perfect at 95K miles...Yeah I've read horror stories about the the trans but so far so good?
