About to turn 75k on 21, have done regular oil changes and that's it. Have had 0 issues.

What should I start planning to do maintenance wise?

Thinking diff fluid, maybe a trans service, spark plugs, serp belt....

Thoughts?

Thanks, Matt.

I bout my 2019 last year in July with 76k on it. At this point I would do all the fluids, filters, belts, and spark plugs. I have yet to do the two belts on mine but it is planned for the near future. Oh and don't forget the EGR pressure sensor for these trucks as they like to mimic transmission issues and I think I read they like to take out head gaskets if ignored long enough (but may be misremembering)

Definitely do the differentials and transfer case fluids. I’m at 78k and about to do them again. When I changed the rear differential and transfer case at around 40k I couldn’t believe how dirty they were. The front looked pretty good. I’m thinking about doing the tranny but so far it’s been flawless so I’m a bit nervous lol. Plugs are getting changed in the next month or so.

I did my diffs and transfer case fluids at 20k and all three were grey with metal dust. All three magnets had so much on them they weren't collecting any more metal. yikes.

I had all the fluids changed at 21,000 mi. after the Trans. TSB was done. Even did the coolant and brake fluid as the truck is over 5 years old.

Do a Royal Purple Max Clean fuel injector cleaning and/or the fuel filter. I was noticing surging at moderate speed at 65k and thought it was the EGR DPFE valve people are talking about, but the injector cleaner actually cleared it up! I'm replacing the EGR anyway though.

I'm not getting any surging etc but the fuel filter is a great idea anyway, thanks.

If you have mostly urban miles, or a lot of idling, a spark plug change would be helpful. But a good idea anyway. I've got 69,000 on mine now. My schedule is oil & filter change every 6,000 miles, so at either 72K or 78K I will have all the fluids changed, and plugs.
The truck has been flawless otherwise, since the blend door fix.
