Can you share pics of the SmartCap mounts? I'm toying with the idea of a cap, and that would be a contender, but would it interfere with the Molle panels that I got off of you?

Its currently -2 here, which is the high today, so... no pictures from me right now. ha! I can get some when it warms up. I will have to modify the Decked ever so slightly at the back of the bed (opposite the tailgate) so you can probably make them work easily.

What Molle panels/Builtright? I have RSI smart cab with builtright panels they work fine I recently pulled panels but here’s an old pic with panels installed. And one without panels to see mount.

Here is the light trimming needed on the tops of the Decked to get them to fit with the SmartCap.

I also adjusted the top and there are no leaks, even in the car wash. I didn't seal the bed (maybe I will at some point) so... I am expecting small amounts of water.

I have hated how my GMRS mic was mounted for quite a while, and the HAM mic was just strewn across the dash. I made some changes. On the passenger's side, the GMRS mic is run.

IMG_1290.jpeg

On the driver's side, the HAM mic is run. This cord is a bit shorter and will not sit on the dash until I have the mount (which is on the way). Here you can see the plug ins are hidden by @DirkM's tray. I drilled one of the holes a size too big and, my RJ45 connector did not work on the GMRS (since the head unit is in the mic), so I went to the factory cable. But... its hidden so, I don't really care how it looks. The trim piece is $116, so if I decide I want to do it again but better, I can.

I forgot to take pictures with the trim piece out, and I couldn't get the camera to focus properly, but here is the connection I drilled and installed. It feels solid and works great.

I had the Built Right Industries tray in the past and I hated it. Thought I would try the 67 Designs rail this time. I got the 3 ball version and have three Bullet Point Mounting Solutions 1 cm arms, and ICOM IC-2730 HAM MIC HOLDER WITH 20MM 67 DESIGNS BALL to mount on them. I will also be mounting my Garmin inReach Mini 2 on the dash and running power to it. I will update when those parts arrive and I get them installed.

Got the Icom and Midland mics mounted on the dash, as well as the Garmin inReach Mini 2. Power is run to the Garmin, so its always charged. The picture makes it look like it impedes my view, but its not in my field of vision at all, when driving. I just took the picture at a bad angle.

I also had the White Knuckle sliders welded to the frame. When we installed the LRA tank, the driver rear slider mount interfered with the front mount by the frame of the tank. They are very sturdy and will take more abuse. Plus, I gained about an inch of clearance at the frame, as the slider mounts hung below the frame.

What lift & size tires are you running these days?

I'm currently 275/65-18's on Icon lift, so 2" f/1.5" r and ready lift crash Bars, and considering a jump to 33's
