This is the kind of boots-on-the-ground reporting I'm signed up for. Dangit I wanted those Rokblok Xl's but I'm going to be driving primarily over rocky desert surfaces. I thought they'd be perfect.

Curious what you were cross shopping with Rokblok? I am only aware of Weathertech, Rhino, OEM, the usual suspects..

Rokblok was the only option for the Tremor when i was shopping. I think they need to be longer so that they are closer to the ground. Depending on the trajectory of the rocks, they can bypass the flap.

We have the standard size ones on our subis and I like how they are stiff... And besides her purple ones, they hold their color. Lol

I really want to snatch the steps off as soon as I receive my Tremor. They are just dumb on that truck. (Just my opinion!) But all the comments on this forum about Tremor's and the rock chips make me very hesitate to remove the steps. Not sure what I am going to do.

I think they look good but they are a terrible idea for off road driving.

They look like a good design for people with a condition that makes getting in an out difficult.
