Finally got around to updating the Sync software this week, used my cellphone as a Hotspot and downloaded via wifi, took awhile but the software download and install completed without issues. Everything working as it should, including the FordPass app, as I had to delete the truck from the phone app then reinstall it. Then I re-added the Bluetooth function between the phone and Sync. Thanks again for everyone's support and feedback.
