It’s sitting in the carport awaiting a trip to the Ford dealer Wednesday to diagnose a driveline whine.
That's too bad, hopefully it's nothing serious. You know you never should've started that thread "Trouble Free So Far" don't you? I know that almost every time I say something like that it comes back to bite me. lol

Oh yeah, jinxed myself. Still can’t say anything bad about the truck. 148,000 trouble free miles to this point. Don’t figure you can expect much more than that out of this new stuff anymore.

Not at all, you've been lucky and have a good one! I wouldn't complain or be upset if/when a couple issues pop up as long as it's nothing serious like an engine.

You either pay the ridiculous prices for new (and take a chance on getting a lemon) or pay to work on the old. My new truck days are over so I need to keep this one going. It runs like a top, shifts good, goes like a scared rabbit when you press the go fast pedal, and has excellent brakes. It’s had every single service at Ford every 5000 miles. I’m very pleased with the truck still.

Couldn't figure out exactly where to post this story, hopefully here will work. Last week while I was on vacation, my Uncle Roy was in Iowa for his annual deer hunting trip. When I got home from work yesterday and was backing the truck up in front of house, Uncle Roy was checking his cattle in the lot next to the house. Then after I parked the truck he drove up in his side by side, and when I got out of my truck. This is what he said, "boy you did lift her up didn't you." What a compliment, that made my day. When a family member approves of what you did to your truck. Also, Thank you everyone in this Family for the compliments.
Here is the other picture I took yesterday before I left work and headed for home.

We went to the casino tonight to see the Styx tribute band with a few friends. I’ve seen a few tribute bands over the years and some were really good and some were just ok so I wasn’t really expecting much. I have to say they were really good and they nailed some songs like Lady and Come Sail Away to a tee! 2 of the members were also in a Journey cover band so at the end they played a couple Journey songs and added a couple from Foreigner which were also really good. All the tribute bands that play there are free of charge which was nice. I guess they feel people will gamble before & after and they'll make up their money on the slots.

Bought a used Harbor Freight trailer for $280. I'm gonna use a hand grinder to remove the rust and paint and repaint it (probably olive drab or gloss, maybe black) and put new lights on it and a wood floor. These lights work just fine but they're not LED and the trailer is old.

Then I bought a 3 motorcycle trailer for $230. (For my 3 bikes) It has to have the lights replaced because they're not working at all. I also need to find somewhere I can have them cut off and replace one of the pieces of metal on the frame.
