Latest trip I doubled down on hitting the back bed corners, time for some protection there I guess.

Gotta hit up Relentless for that high clearance rear bumper they’ve been working on.

can you tell us about your cool sink set up in the youtube videos you posted? Great and inspiring build, thanks for sharing.
Are you talking about this sink?

yes! also that grin hahaha!
Sure,
I grabbed most things from princess auto, like a harbour freight. Links below are just to show the types of things, you will have to check measurements etc.

I got a collapsable sink like this one: Sink
Then a portable desk or bed tray like this: Desk
And a usb rechargeable pump like this: Pump
I cut a hole in the desk / tray to fit the sink, got some water line to fit the pump, put the pump in the cup holder the desk had and ran the hose to my water can. Works great. The cup holder even had a hole in the bottom that the hose fit through.

if I redo it I will get something with a better quality too or make a new top to sit outside. Also the cheap pump only works if it sits above the water source and mine doesn’t indicate the charge level very well but I bought a super cheap one, but it works.

Ya same, I just went for it and bought whatever was available. That’s what that big grin was all about, I threw it together an hour before a trip and it all just worked lol. That water pump was like $16.

Got a roof top tent for family camping, it folds out to a king size. Will do a review video, also have some 1” bds shackles coming for the rear. The truck lowered 1/2” to 3/4” with the tent, was already down that much from the canopy and drawers.

I've been toying with the idea of removing the Decked. After our last trip, I feel like I can do it better. This case is all the important things that were in the Decked or mounted to the molle panel on the SmartCap. The Decked is now empty. I could get a lot of space back.

I still think the Decked is awesome but... with the SmartCap, I don't need the secure/dry storage anymore. I've outgrown/moved past Decked storage.
Ya it’s funny how the longer you go, you just start pairing down and removing stuff. My drawers are as low as I could make them so they aren’t bad, 7” inside space. If I did it again I would find readily available bins or plastic ammo boxes that fit so I can just swap out cases. For now I just need to collect old tool cases. It keeps stuff out of sight.

Small project today, I made up some small galvanized strips and attached them in the canopy so now I have some magnetic surfaces to mount stuff too.

New tires and added a BDS rear lift shackle today to level it with a load

tires are Cooper Discoverer Stronghold® AT 285/70/17 load range E

So far rides way nicer than my mud terrains, super happy! Will go wheeling this weekend
