Take about 3kg piece of pork sirloin (works with neck too, though sirloin is better as steak).
Monday
- 15mins in 300'C oven under grill response (huh? anyway those red hot metal thingys)
- turn bottom up and 15min in 300'C under grill rensponse
- Put in covered pot with veg broth & favored spices
- braise for 8 hrs at 140'C, turn at around 5-6 hrs
- with a _sharp_ knife, cut to steaks (and I mean japanese paper cut sharp)
- Ate with rice and some veggies
- Reminder went as pulled pork to fridge
Tuesday:
- Pulled pork hamburgers
Wednesday:
- IKEA meatballs with modified IKEA meatball sause (add ketchup, fresh tomatoes, garlic, pak choi and.. pulled pork)
- Potatoes, lingoberry jam, pickled cucumbers
- Evening sandwitch with pulled pork topping
Thursday:
- Traditional Finnish peasoup (ie: ready made peasoup from can with fresh onion, rosemary, thyme, pepper and... pulled pork)
- Eat with knäkkebröd
Friday:
- Maybe a pulled pork pizza
