What are you cooking/smoking?

Tried to do a search but couldn't find a dedicated cooking/smoking thread.

Today I've got my little masterbuilt electric smoker fired up smoking some cheeto puffs. It's very easy, just preheat smoker to 250 degrees, lightly coat a pan full of cheetos with oil, give them a light dusting with your favorite seasoning and throw them in the smoker for about 90 min

if anybody lives around highland heights, OH come on down, I came out of retirement and back in the kitchen. next thursday is ribs, shrimps, trouts, and maybe a pork bell or 2

Hi Folks.


We did dead chicken on the grill...marinating in Wishbone Italian dressing for two days. Always yummy and peaches and cream ears of corn and a spinage salad...
