The Raptor grill is not necessarily a better looking grill, but I went with it. For now.
I got one of those pedal elliptical machines for my knee..works pretty well !
I dunno. Worked for me both times. Keeps your knee moving so it doesn't build up scar tissue that keeps it from moving.
Good info. Trying to decide when this year I’m going to get a partial or full right knee replacement. Left next year. Paying for the insane amount of running I did in my life.
I like it - I know a person who was simply too obese to do the PT and developed a locked knee because of it - worse off than before the surgery. Something like this might have been helpful. ?

I also used these fasteners because the ones that come in the kit are tech screws.
