I'm almost at 8k miles and going on 2 years since buying it new. I drive it, but we have 6 vehicles and this vehicle isn't always my first selection. I drive the sports cars more and my wife either drives her Maverick or our workhouse Jeep CRD.

63.5k miles on my 2021 2wd XLT. Averaging 26.3 MPG. Regular unleaded, mostly highway miles. Oil changes (full synthetic) whenever the truck tells me it needs them. I just ordered a DPFE EGR Sensor so hopefully that fixes the only issue (other than a brake shield pinging a rotor on turns) I've ever had with the truck.

Plan on having the tranny fluid changed soon

Not really sure why you quoted me, but since you did, what do you consider "fully synthetic"?

Just wondering how many miles you guys are racking up on your Rangers engine?
I have an 03 ranger that I put a 2.3l ecoboost and the 10 speed trans in out of an 18 mustang with 5,000 miles. I tow trailers for people all over the US. I put 210,000 miles on before I took it out of service and installed another one. I changed engine oil every 10,000 miles. I changed trans fluid and filter 110,000 miles and at 200,000 miles. I replaced spark plugs every 70,000 miles. The only problem I had was a broke coolant line on the turbo around 150,000 and I had to replace map sensor on the inner cooler about three times. It was running just fine. Wasn't burning oil. I just took it out of service, because I wanted to inspect it and drop a set of rod and main bearings in it, before they go bad. I never did a carbon cleaning on the intake.

Just hit 30K while on a road trip yesterday. Kept telling myself to keep an eye on it. And I did... until I didn't. Looked down and it was on 30020. Awwwwww dammit.

I'm at 35,500 and run full synthetic. Drive reasonable on and offroad.
Can I look forward to possibly another 100K?
I don't see why not. My RS is over 100k and it had the wrong head gasket for the first 30k miles and got a new head with the head gasket. Oil changes almost always around 5k if not a little more often due to track/auto-x use, and also Motorcraft 5w50 full synthetic as that car calls for.

2021 Ranger Scab STX FX4 I'ts been an enjoyable truck so far. I did the TSB "Lite"- just a reflash, which improved shifting - It shifts smoothly 1-2-4-678910 now, It was 1-3, slam into 5, 678910; still does once in awhile, but not as severe. Blend door/plenum replaced under warranty, no probs since. New Cooper Discoverer AT3s 265/60R 18 at ~50K. The 'Kooks had plenty of tread left, but not so good in snow or sand, more of an mpg tire. Very happy with the Coop's, will probably get them again. Quick Lane Maintenance every 6,000 mi
