pictures pleaseI use 255 75 17. I don't have to move a thing all stock truck. 80 i think would rub unless you had a level or lift kit. But i believe pizza cutter is the way to go. Worked for me so far, and i only have an fx2.
Excellent point. Thank you for bringing it up. I guess I’m gonna have to tape foam blocks to the passenger’s side tire nowYou're assuming that both sides of the truck are symmetrical but they may or may not be. My bed is 1/2" higher on one side than the other-the tool box I have mounted isn't just for tools but also to hide this. If you have a similar situation in your front end one side may not rub while the other might.

255/80r17 will fitIf the online reviews are something to go by, Falken AT3W seems to be the BFG KO2 rival and that comes in the 255/80R17. I couldn’t find much about the comparisons between AT4W vs. KO3, probably they’re too new and not enough people are able to get their hands on’em.
I taped couple of 35x200mm foam blocks to my factory Tremor tires and did a rough flex test with truck on the jacks & sway bar disconnected. It seems to clear! Even with shock fully compressed and lock to lock turn. I was hoping to verify that with someone already running this size ?.
Truck’s a Tremor with factory suspension and no lift or trimming. Has the BDS skinny crash bars.
One interesting fact, the 255 Falken AT3W (& the AT4W) has wider contact patch then the factory 265 tires in the Tremor!
very true. my truck is far from square. if it was, my tire rubbing would already be solved. You're assuming that both sides of the truck are symmetrical but they may or may not be.
