I love watching his videos.

I wish he made a bumper for rangers too . . . LOL

His shock videos were informative too.
I'm happy I'm kinda in the middle with 285/70-17...

Anyone notice an appreciable change in mpg with skinnier tires 255 vs 265?

Even though theoretically there would be a chance to gain MPG, it still comes down to the tire used. Some tires are more sticky compared to others. Some are way more lighter than others. Also if you go to a taller tire even if going skinny you may not benefit the way you want.

Phil,

Machined or cast? Two piece with sheet metal "yoke"?

Very nice!

I joined the thin crust club today. I originally wanted to run these tires but i chose a more budget friendly 265/75 R16 load E Pirelli Scorpion + tire. Well after two side wall damages its time for a new set. I dont know if I blame the Pirellis, both sidewall damages happened in baja and its pretty rough terrain. I sure do hope the Falkens are more durable though at the added cost. Regardless not stoked on forking out for a new $et of tire$ but thoroughly stoked on some new pizza cutters and MT tread.
