I did mine at ~100,000 Km. Result:
Rear Diff - dirty, a reasonable amount of mud on the magnet but no flakes
Front - almost clean, minimal mud on the plug
Transfer case - dirty, quite dirty, in fact
Gearbox - dirty, did 3x drain and fill three weekends in a row, managing to get ~ 4 liters out each time with a suction tool, last one was pretty much clean
Will probably do at ~ 50,000 Km from now on.
