Is there a part # on it ?
Covered by warranty, of maybe a recall if it comes off ? TSB ?
Inquiring minds want to know !!!
I'm taking the truck in on Monday to FINALLY get the missing d/s fender liner installed, and they will also look at the p/s rear door latch seal and door panel, issues that they need it there to confirm what parts need to be ordered. But I do plan to ask about said TSB and engine covers and such. I actually printed the TSB and put it in my glove box so I don't forget lol.

I was kidding about a TSB for the piece of tape.
But, I did take my Ranger to the dealer asking about the TSB on the water in plug problem, asking if I could get a cover prior to my having any problems (I didn't have any). Also had a copy of the TSB.
They ran my vin and stated mine didn't fall under the TSB unless I had a visible/mechanical problem (which I didn't)....so no cover.
Ended up just buying one.
Luck with yours.

Morgan, leave some rusty nuts and bolts in a tin can of water overnight and, just before you get to dealership, pull over and fill the spark plug well with the water.

Mostly I want to find out if I do add a cover, does it have to be the Ford one, especially if down the line I have an issue. This one by JC Offroad https://www.jcroffroad.com/product/RG4GNC.html is now cheaper than the OEM one.

Had the oil changed and tires rotated yesterday (5,600 miles).

Today, go out to find a nail in the tread at the sidewall. Took it to @Discount Tire to see if it can be repaired; no go.

So, they ordered me a new tire and will have it installed tomorrow afternoon.

That’s the third nail I’ve picked up in 7 months of ownwership.

No. But we've had a lot of roofs replaced due to hail damage earlier this summer.

When we were driving some forest service roads over the weekend I told my wife the General Grabbers were properly named because they grabbed every little rock on the road. Guess they're good at grabbing nails, too.

Took the Ranger out tonight to get some antifreeze to winterize the boat and filled it up for the first time in over a month. Got an oil change warning so I know what else I'm doing tomorrow.
Also prepped for winter since we have some cooler weather rolling in.

But doesn't that mean that you'll have 10 speeds in reverse and only one speed forward ???
Window's up when you hit down ???
Lights off when switch is on ???
Turbo running in reverse ???

I disconnected the trickle charger, started it, drove it out of the garage, turn it around and drove it back in and reconnected the charger.

LOL....Probably not very good! It wouldn't surprise me if the gas is start to get old. Last time I filled it up was in September 2022. I've only put 80 miles on it since then. I'll be adding another 32 miles on Oct.16th.

I had to turn it around so I can put the new dip stick in sometime in the next few days.
