You have a 2022, what's the build date on your truck? I have to start trying to track the differences, it's Lariat, I wonder if the loom is a different part number than my XLT with some subtle difference in that area of the loom.

Or it's just the mass produced wire loom variance effect.

I cannot overstate how much of a stand up guy Fitz is; product quality and in general. Not trying to kiss is butt - but giving a third or so stamp of approval on trusting him.

On the wiring etc. My trans wiring loom is 100% not the same as the video. It is way smaller. Not sure why; 2wd vs 4wd maybe?

Before you do any loom adjustments, adjust the L shaped tab that comes off the water pipe that holds the connector, push it down a little, about 1/4” it should allow enough room.
The hose should go over the top of the looms, but some looms won’t allow it.

What Fitz is saying might work - it is basically rotating the main harness towards the firewall, giving more slack to the short harness.

It should be further away, that's the suction side of the A/C I think.

On hard acceleration or accelerating towing or with a heavy load the engine may rock over and touch the pipe, grab the pipe and push it away a little, you will be surprised how easy it moves.

At IBM school we learned that "forming" a part implied a successful result. "Bending" a part was a failed attempt. Always "form" the part, never "bend" it!

Ever Onward IBM! (The IBM fight song - and yes IBM had a song book back in the day. And employees were req'd to sing the songs at meetings.

A day late with photo of Original FitzStick installed. No were close to the A/C line & with plenty of slack in the wire's. Mines a 2019 STX FX4 purchased in July of 19 forgot the build date.
