And I have to mention the app works also like they worked in 2011 probably.

mine says no vehicle present in the app... it used to show up but show that it was still parked at the dealers lot without moving but some how gaining miles.

My experience with the location info in the app is that it is never able to update it when I want. Only when I don't need to know the vehicle's location lol.

My first thought was that it shows a 2022 model Ford Ranger with 2011 deleted items.

Check your settings in Sync. It’s most likely that location access is not activated.
