Update: My truck was fixed on Jan 6th. They replaced the "Rear seal" on the front differential and that seems to have fixed the issue. Still not sure why the first one failed but hopefully this seal lasts a little longer!

This is exactly why I got a 2WD model. Less parts to deal with for the very few times I'd use 4WD, especially since I moved out of Colorado.

It does irritate me that they turned you away for a top off, especially stating a lie.

I’m on 3+ weeks to get a dishwasher repaired under warranty. Unfortunately, I think these sorts of long waits for repairs are the standard on everything now.

Sadly seems to be the way things are now, the whole "do it faster, cheaper, and almost good enough thing"?
This what happens when accountants are put in charge of technical departments.

Rock auto carries the seal fyi. Almost did it myself because they tried to deny me a loaner. Ended up with a loaner.
