I was in Tractor Supply the other day and I always stop at the tables near the entrance with the clearance and sale stuff. They had a 10 piece socket set. It was just 10mm sockets. Six point, 12 point, 1/4 drive, 3/8 drive, shallow and deep. If they had looked like quality sockets I would have grabbed a set. ?

What material is it? Plastic? Some metal?

It's a transmitter...read PA66 upside down...it's 99VD....tuned to a secret govt. satellite so Uncle can keep tabs on your whereabouts....
