Finally scheduled. Ordered early August, but my dealer twiddled their thumbs and didn't finally submit the order until early September. Jan 31st build date, fingers crossed I don't get pushed! Cactus Grey Lariat FX4 with tow package.

Seems like a few days makes a big difference, my order date was 8/10 and started in production on 12/8. Best guess is it would be a miracle to get my hands on it by the end of the year. Several others on this forum that ordered days before I did are already getting their hands on their trucks.
Since its in production to entertain myself I have ordered my accessories including a Tonnopro tri fold cover (from realtruck.com) and heavy duty bed/tailgate mat and front seat covers from Ford Accessories with the 20% off coupon. A buddy of mine has used the tonnopro covers for years and years and raves about them, kind of like a hybrid between a hard and soft cover as it has a metal folding frame and vinyl covering plus their pricing is great ($237)

I'm not sure there is any pattern to which trucks are built first. I didn't order my XLT until 8/25 and I took delivery on 12/8.

yeah, I was one of the first ordersbut I was originally scheduled a month later than people who placed orders 3 weeks after me. People are involved in the process so it’s bound to be imperfect.
